Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on September 11, 2017 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 5 Crabapple Drive (Crabapple Owner LLC, Section 7 Block 263 Lot 4), 270 Revere Road (Revere Builders LLC, Section 7 Block 140 Lot 133), 168 Woodbine Road (Auri & Shari Weitz, Section 7 Block 109 Lots 6A&B & 32A&B), 217 Salem Road (Mr. & Mrs. Greenberg, Section 7 Block 122 Lot 4), 16 Westwood Circle, (Zeph Okeke, Section 7 Block 206 Lot 4), 58 Cardinal Drive (Jason & Jennifer Ferreira, Section 19 Block 44 Lot 3), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
