AP scholar status for Floral Park Memorial students

Floral Park Memorial High School students from the Class of 2020, Class of 2021 and Class of 2022 have been named Advanced Placement Scholars for excelling on the 2020 AP Exams.

Class of 2020 valedictorian Maya E. Goss earned an AP International Diploma Award for displaying exceptional achievement across a variety of disciplines.

Seven students earned the National AP Scholar Award for receiving an average score of at least 4 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 4 or higher on eight or more exams. These students are Camilla Chronister, Thomas W. Freely, Maya E. Goss, Hammad Izhar, Jacqueline M. Kelly, Gwynne E. Smith and Christine E. Tepe.

Fifty students earned the AP Scholar with Distinction Award for receiving an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams. These students are Harris Agha, Anees Akhtar, Nehla S. Alam, Marwa  Alami, Emily C. Barry, Emilee S. Becker, Arjun Bhatia, Ava O. Blatz, Laura Bousaid, Francis X. Brandt, Ryan M. Brechtlein, Michael F. Buzzeo, Joaquin Z. Casino, Julia A. Cernjul, Camilla Chronister, Ryan J. Cleere, Edmund L. Conway, Kathryn M. Cotsalas, Anna C. Craig, Brianna M. Criscitelli, Kyle S. Nineteen students earned the AP Scholar with Honor Award by receiving an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams. Hill, Kelly A. Irvine, Rukshana Khan, Amanda L. Kozak, Jamie G. Liesner, Alan Liu, Emelia Moran, Roopanshi Rampal, Hannah Saji, Marcella C. Sanchez and Nicholas J. Yuen.
