American Cancer Society daffodil bouquet orders accepted through Feb. 14

Regarded as the symbol of hope for cancer patients as well as the first sign of spring, The American Cancer Society Daffodil Days campaign is accepting orders for fresh cut daffodil bouquets now through Feb. 14.  The community is urged to call the American Cancer Society today at 631.300.3457.   

A bouquet of ten daffodil blossoms is $10; a potted daffodil plant is a $15 donation. 

Gift of Hope, bouquets of golden-colored daffodils delivered anonymously to a cancer patient undergoing treatment in a local hospital or health care facility, is available for a $25 donation.         

Businesses and organizations are also encouraged to order bulk bouquets of daffodils. Fifty bouquets of daffodils can be purchased for $500.

Credit card orders are being accepted. Orders can be picked up at the American Cancer Society L.I. office at 75 David Street, Hauppauge the week of March 18, 2019. Orders over $250 can be delivered.

Contributions from Daffodil Days make a significant difference for cancer patients, survivors and caregivers through groundbreaking research, patient services and lifesaving programs in our community.
