Frank Carey High School trumpet player Vincent Tavernese has been selected for the NYSSMA All-State Symphony Orchestra.
The NYSSMA All-State festival, which represents the top high school musicians of all of New York State, is taking place virtually this year in December. This is Tavernese’s second year being selected to NYSSMA All-State, as last year he was part of the concert band.
