Sealed Bids for the Rehabilitation of Packed Tower Aeration System at Well 2 will be received by the Village Clerk of the Incorporated Village of Williston Park, located at Village Hall, 494 Willis Avenue, Williston Park, New York, until 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), on December 6, 2021, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.†The project consists of the rehabilitation of the existing Packed Tower Aeration System.†The Contract Documents, consisting†of Advertisement for Bids, Instructions to Bidders,†Bid, Bid Bond, Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions,Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, Technical Specifications, Drawings and Addenda†may be examined†at the following location:††D&B Engineers†and Architects, D.P.C.†330 Crossways Park Drive Woodbury, NY 11797-2015 Complete digital sets of Bidding†Documents, drawings and specifications, will be available on Monday, November 22, 2021, and may be obtained online as a download at the following website: www.revplans.com under ‘public projects’. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of the Contract Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the issuing office. Complete sets of Bidding Documents, Drawings and Specifications, may be obtained from REV plans, 330 Route 17A, Suite #2, Goshen, New York 10924 Tel: 1 877-272-0216, upon payment of a $49.00 non-refundable bid fee. Any bidder requiring hard copies of the documents shall make arrangements directly with REV and pay for all reproduction, packaging and shipping costs.††Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified or bank cashierís check made payable to OWNER, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety licensed to conduct business in the state where the Project is located and having a Best Rating of A- or better from A.M. Best Company and named in the current list of ìCompanies Holding Certificates of Authority as Sureties on Federal Bonds and as Acceptable Reinsuring Companiesî as published†in Circular 570 (amended) by the Financial Management Service, Surety Bond Branch, U.S. Department of the Treasury, in an amount not less than five percent of the amount of the Bid submitted. Each Bidder must complete and submit with his/her bid the ìIranian†Investment Activities Certificationî provided in the Bid Form in compliance with General Municipal Law 103-g, Iranian Energy Sector Divestment.
