Sealed Bids for the Electrical Distribution Upgrades for the Field Lighting project will be received by the Village Administrator of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park, located at Village Hall, 1 Floral Boulevard, Floral Park, New York, (seating is limited, face masks are required when entering the building) until 10:00 a.m. (Local Time), on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 10:00 am and then at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.†Complete digital sets of bid documents containing the Advertisement for Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Bid, Bid Bond, Agreement, General Conditions, †Supplementary Conditions, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Special Conditions, Specifications †and Appendix information may be †obtained on or after Friday, September 24,2021 online as a download at the following website: fpvillagebids.org for a non-refundable fee of forty nine (49.00) dollars.†Optionally, complete printed sets of bid documents, drawings and specifications, may be obtained from REVplans, upon depositing the sum of one hundred dollars (100.00) for each combined set of documents. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs. Bidders are required to execute a non-collusive bidding certification required by Section 103-d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York.†The attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of employment to be observed and the minimum wage rates to be paid under the contracts.
