LEGAL NOTICE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK NOTICE OF ADOPTION LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF 2020 NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK (“VILLAGE”) LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF 2020 ENTITLED “A LOCAL LAW AMENDING SECTIONS 99-24.F AND 99-24.G. OF THE CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK.” PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article 9 of the New York State Constitution, the provisions of the Code of the Village and the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, as amended, a public hearing was duly called and held on October 6, 2020 by the Village Board on the proposed adoption of Village Local Law No. 2 of 2020 and following the close of the hearing, the Village Board duly adopted Village Local Law No. 2 of 2020 entitled: “A Local Law amending Sections 99-24.F. and 99.24.G. of the Code of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park. This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon its filing with the Secretary of State.
