OF THE CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK SO AS TO ADD THE DEFINITION FOR “HOME OFFICE.” PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article 9 of the New York State Constitution, the provisions of the Code of the Village and the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, as amended, a public hearing was duly called and held on October 6, 2020 by the Village Board on the proposed adoption of Village Local Law No. 1 of 2020 and following the close of the hearing, the Village Board duly adopted Village Local Law No. 1 of 2020 entitled: “A Local Law amending ß99-3.B. of the Code of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park so as to add the definition for “Home Office.” This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon its filing with the Secretary of State.
