Notice of Meeting

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on September 12, 2018 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and​/​or tree removal at the following properties: 271 Locust Lane (Bei Guo, Section 7 Block 142 Lot 246), 25 Chestnut Drive (Cul De Sac Development LLC, Section 7 Block 195 Lot 15), 260 Revere Road (Joel Sheinbaum, Section 7 Block 140 Lot 136), 120 Sycamore Drive (Adam Hirsch, Section 7 Block 277 Lot 5), 67 Wagon Road (Barry Winters, Section 7 Block 130 Lot 9), 54 Overlook Terrace (Alfred Shirzadnia, Section 7 Block 179 Lot 78), 52 Spring Hill Road (East Hills Realty Group, Section 7 Block 141 Lot 198), 51 Squirrel Hill Road (Squirrel Hill LLC, Section 7 Block 113 Lot 63), 9 Avon Lane (Bruce Guthart, Section 7 Block 139 Lot 13), 175 Village Road (Lisa Gilman, Section 7 Block 136 Lot 9), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.

Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
