The Student Rep: A Festival
of Student Works
Friday, May 5-Monday, May 8 at 7 p.m.

The Department of Drama and Dance presents its annual Student Rep, featuring a variety of student works that includes productions of “Seussical,” “Medea,” “The Actor’s Nightmare,” a dance performance by MoVoM and more.  The event is free and open to the public.

Second Annual Clark
Botanic Garden Festival
Saturday, May 6, 12-5 p.m.

This day-long event that celebrates spring and the beauty of nature will feature fairies on stilts from the National Circus Project, a craft tent from the Little Art Studio, an exotic animal show by Nature Nick, live music by Tiger Folk Music, Strummin’ & Drummin’ and Paul Helou, a magician and face painter, and a garden railway train display by the Long Island Garden Railway Society.

“West Side Story”

The score by Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim is widely regarded as one of the best ever written and includes the high-charged “Jet Song,” “Something’s Coming,” and “America,” as well as the stirring ballads, “Maria,” “Tonight” and “Somewhere.”
